Can’t be in the room on October 29, 2026? Download the Absentee & Phone Bid Form from the catalog, fill it in, and return it to hello@witherell.com by Wednesday, October 28. We execute absentee bids competitively on your behalf and reserve phone lines on a first-come, first-served basis.

Three steps to bid remotely.
- Download the form. It is the same one printed in the catalog, and it can be filled in on screen or by hand.
- List your lots. Enter each lot number and description with your maximum bid (hammer price, before the buyer’s premium). For a phone bid, give the number to call instead of a limit.
- Return it by Wednesday, October 28. Email the completed, signed form to hello@witherell.com, or bring it to 300 20th Street, Sacramento. We confirm every form by email.

Live online
Bid in real time from your phone or desktop as the sale runs. Create a bidder account in a few minutes, then register for the sale to follow the auctioneer live.

Absentee
Tell us the most you would pay for a lot on the bid form. We bid for you in the room, only as far as needed to win against other bidders, never above your maximum.

By phone
Reserve a line for the lots you want. On sale day a staff member calls you before each lot and bids on your instruction, as if you were in the room. Lines are limited, so return the form early.
Bid forms are due by Wednesday, October 28. Bids are executed under our Conditions of Sale: a 25% buyer’s premium; add 3% for credit card payments. Sales tax applies where required. Phone bidding is offered as a courtesy; Witherell is not responsible for dropped calls or connection issues.
