States, in part, "To My Dear Son, Well Son of my heart, here is dear father, who loves you with all my heart and proud to have a son, as smart as you are ........Give Mother a nice big kiss for me and God bless you both. Your dear Father Alphonse Capone #85". Stamped "Inspected By" on page II. October 5, 1939 prior to his transfer to Chicago County Jail.

A massive “Dirty Harry” style Model 29-2 44 Magnum caliber revolver Smith Wesson, serial number X6324. The gun has rubber Pachmayr grips. It is in a fine walnut box with a cleaning brush. Dimensions: 14.75 inches long overall, with an 8.25 inch barrel.
